The Friulian court Marie is a simple and versatile interpretation of this important variety and is obtained from the Union of the grapes of different vineyards located around the town of Brazzano characterized by land predominantly gravelly. The grapes are collected manually and undergo destemming and a soft pressing. At the must obtained, after a static decantation at a low temperature of 36-48 hours, selected yeasts are grafted for a fermentation at a controlled temperature (14 °c-16 °c). The wine then rests on its own yeasts and are made of the weekly battonages.
The straw-yellow color is characterized by the nose of fruity notes of Golden Apple recurring even on the palate. The whole is supported by a good structure surrounded by light notes of almond.
It matches with fish, white meats and appetizers. Excellent combination with the Friulian Frico. It should be served at 12 °c.
