The Colvendrà farm has its origins in the early 1900s, in the heart of the Veneto region, at the center of the prestigious area of the Prosecco di Valdobbiadene, in Refrontolo. All the grapes are harvested by hand, to keep the high quality of the product.
This Prosecco is vinified by soft pressing of the grapes, separation of the skins and fermentation of the musts at a controlled temperature, with inoculation of selected yeasts. Subsequently, referment in autoclave with selected yeasts, according to the Charmat method. Pale straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage, the nose has a typical and unmistakable scent of green apple, fresh fruit, pear and floral. In the mouth it is sapid and of good acidity. Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal with small appetizers of fish and cheese, or even throughout the meal with delicate dishes.
