Description

The Talento Brut Gold label is obtained by the classic method, with the taking of foam in the bottle. The grapes used are Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay in percentages that vary according to the quality of the grapes. The first fermentation of Chardonnay and a part of Pinot Bianco takes place in steel, while the remaining portion of Pinot Bianco ferments in wood. Both types are refined for a few months on their yeasts while it is at the end of the winter that we proceed to the assembly. To follow the start of the second, fundamental fermentation: the one in the bottle. The subsequent stop of the wine in contact with the yeasts foresees a minimum duration of 60 months. The disgorgement and a small addition of liquer of expedition close the production cycle and the bottles, after a few months ' stay in the cellar, are ready to be tasted. The Talent Brut Gold label is produced only in the particularly favorable vintages, in these cases the bottle is vintage i.e. it carries the vintage of harvest of the grapes. The visual aspect is characterized by a straw-yellow colour of good intensity and a fine and persistent perlage. The sense of smell is delicate but complex, with an aromatic range ranging from dried fruit to tropical fruit, from yeast notes to delicate mineral hints. The taste is fresh, balanced, harmonious and well structured. The Talent Brut Gold label is ideal as an aperitif wine, from appetizers and first fish dishes. It is not hazardous, however, to define it "from all meals", naturally excluded sweets. Serve at 4-6 °c. Contains sulphites
