In the heart of the Friuli Riviera, you will find the ancient village of Modeano, already seat in the Roman period of a rustic villa. The conformation of the territory, the rich and deep soils and the climate mitigated by the proximity of the sea make modest the ideal place to produce wines rich in flavors, aromas and colours.
The grape is pressed gently and the must obtained is statically decanted to obtain a first cleaning of the juice. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at controlled temperature. Then it matures 7 months. 40% in French oak barriques with malolactic fermentation, 60% in stainless steel tanks on their own yeasts. Then it refines 3 months in bottle. Bright yellow color. The nose has a varied range of floral and exotic notes. The Sip is soft and enveloping and from the long finish. It is combined with first courses based on fish and crustaceans, shellfish second and grilled fish. It should be served at 10-12 °C. Contains sulphites
