Description

The grape harvest is made exclusively by hand. The grapes are softly pressed and the must, immediately separated from the skins, is fermented at low temperatures to obtain more elegant aromas. The fermentation lasts for 10 days in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation is done in an autoclave, with yeasts selected in the Origin area, according to the Martinotti Charmat method. Finally it is refined in the bottle for 40 days before the product is put on the market. With straw-yellow colour, greenish reflections, persistent foam and fine-grained perlage. It offers intense, fresh aromas of great finesse, with unmistakable fruity and floral notes such as the Golden apple and acacia flowers. The delicate and characteristic boquet suggests an intense fruity flavour, pleasant freshness and softness. This product in the mouth is more "creamy" and with totally different fragrances compared to Valdobbiadene's buckets. Ideal as an aperitif, or with shellfish dishes, fried fish or sweets. It adapts elegantly to important occasions. It should be served at 6-8 °c. Contains sulphites
