It's a lager beer and spiced wheat and rye. High fermented, unfiltered product and refermented in the bottle.
It has a straw yellow colour and a beautiful opalescence due to using wheat malt and rye, topped with a foam Hat candida. On the nose the impact is complex, fresh, citrusy and floral while in mouth rye talking round the body, keeping it still easy to drink. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes also fried fish dishes, salads and light meats, spicy dishes, pork meats and cheeses. Contains gluten
