The Friulano of the Cà Vescovo Company is a delicate wine, in which there are slight notes of ripe fruit with white pulp and spring flowers, dry taste, good persistence and slightly almond finish: it is particularly appreciated in the summer but always appropriate in combination with white meats also in sauce, first courses with vegetable or fish sauces, rich salads, delicate appetizers and of course second courses of fish with not too elaborate dressings.
