Erick Schreiber's Extra Brut cuvée is a fresh and aromatic champagne. It is the result of a subtle blend of the best Pinot Noir of the year and champagne aged in barrels (Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier). Obtained exclusively from grapes grown with biodynamic methods.
