Description

Prosecco Brut Bosco del Merlo is obtained only from Glera grapes that, when reached the correct technological maturity, are harvested at night to ensure the preservation of the aromatic characteristics of the grape. The high number of strains per hectare creates conditions of high competition among the plants that leads to optimal levels of technological and aromatic maturity to give a wine that mixes fineness and character to perfection. This vintage was produced exclusively with the best grapes of the year declared on the label. The fermentation for the taking of foam takes place at 16 °c, with the typical method Martinotti or Charmat, giving life to a fine, pleasant and soft perlage and to a delicate and characteristic perfume .This wine is characterised by a brilliant pale yellow colour, a typically fruity scent with floral nuances (wisteria and acacia) and notable apple and pear characteristics. In mouth emits a wonderful freshness, with savory notes and minerals that accompany to a persistent finish. Perfect as an aperitif and conversation wine, it is excellent for all dishes. Particularly suitable for seafood and to accompany lighter Mediterranean dishes.
Enjoy at 6/8°C. Contains sulphites
