The Boasso farm was founded in the 50s, immediately after the war when Giuseppe, back from the Second World War, resumed the management of the land in property. Today the company has 7 hectares of vineyards and as many hazelnut groves managed by Franco and his sons Ezio and Claudio with their families. The typical wines of the Langhe, Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Langhe Nebbiolo and Barolo are produced. The range is completed by Roero Arneis and a Moscato d'Asti. The Margheria vineyard has an area of 0.4 ha. The excellent exposure to the west, the favorable microclimate, the type of soil predestined and the young age of the plant contribute to obtaining grapes of excellent quality. Harvested in mid-October and the grapes harvested manually in perforated baskets for transport to the cellar. the yield of grapes per hectare is 80 quintals.
