Achieved by the red winemaking of merlot grapes. The fermentation takes place in contact with their skins in steel tanks for a period of 8-10 days, at the controlled temperature of 24-26 degrees C. After the deforage the wine is placed in concrete tanks for 10-12 days where the malolactic fermentation takes place, finally after a period of aging we proceed to bottling.
