Technical details Denomination FRANCIACORTA DOCG Years 2018 Grapes type Pinot Nero 100% Type Sparkling Wine Maturation and refinement The Pinot Noir grapes are carefully selected and harvested in the morning at sunrise to ensure the freshness of the fruit. A part of the grapes is macerated under dry ice, the other part is vinified white. The grapes are then combined. Once vinified, the wine is aged in the bottle for 45 months Color Rosé with copper reflections Alcohol 13% Bottle size 0,75 L Flavor The scent enhances the fruit notes, from well-ripe cherries to blood oranges, passing through currants and black cherries in syrup; continues with beeswax and gentian root.
