The Franciacorta Rosé Castello Bonomi is a pure and nervous thoroughbred, a true Pinot Noir in purity, vinified in pink. And it's really unmistakable with its magnificent pink-coloured load. The 24 hectares of splendid vineyards of the Castello Bonomi farm extend into a precious little paradise in the southerly area of Franciacorta.
The harvest takes place from August 15 to August 20 with meticulous selection of grapes before pressing.
