Sangiovese and Canaiolo in perfect harmony. The grapes are harvested and selected with extreme care. The maceration is of medium duration and lasts for 20/25 days. The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks till March and subsequently follows a passage in big wooden barrels. Colour: brilliant ruby red with pleasing violet reflexes.
Bouquet: pleasantly fresh with nice notes of red fruit.
Taste: very harmonious with a unique softness. Typical, well balanced, rich. An easy-to-drink wine for the whole meal that goes well with savory first courses, red meat and medium aged cheese. Serve at 16-18°C. Contains sulphites
