Terrano, with typical hardness of its acidity, is undoubtedly the most territorial of carso wine. It is an indigenous variety of Caucasian origin and belonging to the family of refoschi. Vinification: grapes are hand selected collection and ageing, pressing, maceration, racking into oak barrels where malolactic fermentation occurs, aged 20 months in wood. Terrano of Lupinc is a good compromise between the rusticity of the grape and its wines. Intense red with purple reflections. The nose reveals scents of red fruit, the taste is decided and tannic, full body. Closes with a fruity finish. It goes well with soups, salami, pork, ham of the carso. Contains sulphites
